My perception about perfect day

My perception about perfect day is like having a a special day like a birthday among my family, spending my time with my family. Spending my time with family is a perfect day for me, do a activities with them as like going picnic together, chatting with my parent and then playing with my sibling(even though im 19 but i still playing with them). I really like when at Saturday, me and my family went to the mall all together without other family following us. All Saturday was perfect day for me because i can spend my time with my family. I also have a perfect day when i with my friends on the collage. Even though it was a short time with them, they always made my day become perfect, they do a joke that make me laugh so hard, even sometimes some lecture joke around too. Its rare hear a joke from the lecture. I also have a perfect day when with someone that special to me. Even though most of time we spending our time with study, both of us having some time to talk about funny stuff so that our stress will go away, its crazy sometimes to think about it. I have my own perfect day too, when i beat a boss on a game I like hahaha! My parent will see me smiling a whole day(a gamer). After lose many time and keep game over, i manage to defeat the boss without see a cheat on the Google(LOL)

Me and Public Speaking

Public speaking is important and help me on my daily life. Public speaking is interrelated with communication skills and can be described as a form of communication with my family, my friends and also to public people. People said “ When you go for an interview, and speak to a group of interviewers or when you are giving a class presentation; all these are also a form of public speaking. In such situations, if you have the ability to communicate properly, it can help you shape up your future” its true, we can shape our speaking so that it will be so useful when we need a job or present something to the public. As fear, everybody have that feeling, well i always stun when present my project to the class, many idea where we have on our head but after go out and do a presentation, our head will become blank because that scared feeling we had. Try to calm down and make sure all ready. After finish giving a presentation, the feeling of satisfaction will go out and maybe we want to try once again. Therefore, at any point of time in your life, if you get an opportunity to learn public speaking skills, grab it without giving it any second thought. Once you learn them, make sure you use the public speaking skills as often as possible, as you can sharpen the skills further by means of more practice only. The most distinguishing feature of public speaking is to deliver it with full confidence, credibility and conviction. However, when public speaking is not done properly, there is a possibility of miscommunication that can lead to a lot of misconceptions.

A Picture Paints A Thousand Word

This phrase emerged in the USA in the early part of the 20th century. Its introduction is widely attributed to Frederick R. Barnard, who published a piece commending the effectiveness of graphics in advertising with the title "One look is worth a thousand words", in Printer's Ink, December 1921. Barnard claimed the phrase's source to be oriental by adding the text "so said a famous Japanese philosopher, and he was right" 
The arbitrary escalation from 'one thousand' to 'ten thousand' and the switching from Japan to China as the source leads us to smell a rat with this derivation. In fact, Barnard didn't introduce the phrase - his only contribution was the incorrect suggestion that the country of origin was Japan or China. This has led to another popular belief about the phrase, i.e. that it was coined by Confucius. It might fit the Chinese-sounding 'Confucius he say' style, but the Chinese derivation was pure invention. 
Many things had been thought to be 'worth ten thousand words' well before pictures got in on the act. For example:
"One timely deed is worth ten thousand words" - The Works of Mr. James Thomson, 1802.
"That tear, good girl, is worth, ten thousand words" - The Trust: A Comedy, in Five Acts, 1808.
"One fact well understood by observation, and well guided development, is worth a thousand times more than a thousand words" - The American Journal of Education, 1858.
The idea that a picture can convey what might take many words to express was voiced by a character in Ivan S. Turgenev's novel Fathers and Sons, 1862:
"The drawing shows me at one glance what might be spread over ten pages in a book."
A similar idea was seen very widely in the USA from the early 20th century, in adverts for Doan's Backache Kidney Pills, which included a picture of a man holding his back and the text "Every picture tells a story".
Neither of the above led directly to 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. Who it was that married the 'worth ten thousand words' with 'picture' isn't known, but we do know that the phrase is American in origin. It began to be used quite frequently in the US press from around the 1920s onward. The earliest example that I can find is from the text of an instructional talk given by the newspaper editor Arthur Brisbane to theSyracuse Advertising Men's Club, in March 1911:
"Use a picture. It's worth a thousand words." 

Printer's Ink printed another form of the phrase in March 1927, this time suggesting a Chinese origin:

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

what Is 1Malaysia To Me

Many ideas and questions stirred in my heart when I was asked what will I do if I am the most influential leader of the country. I could assume my first thought is almost identical as anyone’s answer that is about the utilizing of multiracial status and all, but how could we really understand the uniqueness of a south east Asia country, Malaysia, to be different compared to other multiracial country too? My answer is “to lead 1malaysia publicize their basic, greatest asset splendidly, that is multiracial and placing unity the top priority”

What really inspires me is what our beloved prime minister Dato’ Sri NajibRazak idea for 1malaysia, even though at first sight it might sound another useless propaganda from the government, and many of my friends take it as a joke for the unity among the nations in this colourful land, but I see the true colours behind his meaning.

How is Dato’ Sri NajibRazak inclined towards something as haunting and anathema as this to many of his UMNO colleagues and war lords? Surely nothing that he has said or done in his lifetime that I can think of that I could associate 1 Malaysia or its theme to. The answer is back to the moment when Rukun Negara was proclaimed on the 31 August 1970 by the Yang Di PertuanAgong, and Najib has done a good job on reminding how 1Malaysia concept goes along with the principles of Rukun Negara. And yet, what is it that we recite and remember of it? the pledge:

We, the people of Malaysia pledge our united efforts to attain these ends, guided by these principle.
Belief in God,
Loyalty to King and Country,
Supremacy to the Constitution,
The Rule of Law,
Mutual respect and good social behaviour.

But sadly, this pledge is often an every Monday routine for school students and it’s meaning is often being treated insignificantly. But our prime minister shared his view for this pledge, and that really makes me think that His intention or surprise for 1Malaysia concept is not like any prime minister did before. He shared it as the meaning behind it as…

Our nation, Malaysia is dedicated to:
Achieving a greater unity for all her people,
Maintaining a democratic way of life,
Creating a just society in which the wealth of the nation shall be equitably distributed;
Ensuring a liberal approach to her rich and diverse cultural tradition,
Building a progressive society which shall be oriented to modern science and technology.

And all these, we could relate it with the right path and vision settings for a nation with multiracial status to excel while placing unity in the top priority.I have met quite a number of international student, and one word they define Malaysia is truly trulyMulticulture and Multiracial, after all the other multiracial countries they have been, they really mean that Malaysia is such a country to have truly culture, races diverse activities, such as Raya open houses etc.. and everything being blend into a colourful canvas, but not divided by skin or geographically or social economy responsibility.

I can see the 1 Malaysia prescribed by Najib is consistent with what his late father, TunRazak, prescribed as the National Ideology of the nation way back in 1970. It is sad that this has been throughout this time been shafted and mostly forgotten. Najib may have tested waters including reference to 1 Malaysia in his opening speech. Many have tried to define what it might be within the acceptable mores of their convoluted minds. But I say, 1 Malaysia is right there for all to see in the Rukun Negara. If we have only been able to recite the principles without seeing where it is supposed to head us to, maybe it is about time we started reciting the dedication of the Rukun Negara.

The term 1Malaysia , however is not a fresh idea, however it has been used by our neighbour country, Singapore decades ago. I was reading Lee Kuan Yew’s book, The Singapore Story, truly one of the best books that planted a lesson in my heart. It was the time Singapore was a truly a resourceless, helpless and having no security, in it’s most vulnerable state. But Lee Kuan Yew stood up and suggested the concept of 1Singapore, and it worked fantastically, his words in the book really gave me a picture how a third world country turn into a first world country, just one thing, Unity.

However in our case, It’s a certain thing that we have a little more obstacle as we have a larger geographical area and hard to have an even and constant improvement across the big terrain as compared to Singapore. And right now, Najib’s 1 Malaysia Idea is truly a challenging one, and on the question JomMasukUsm asked me, my answer might not seem original, which I state that I will do the same way as our Prime Minister intended, Simply just means I truly respect the plans he has right now, that I believe and being optimist that His plans will really sketch a better Malaysia for tomorrow.

Way to help prevent pollution

This is my reflection about WAY TO HELP PREVENT POLLUTION. As we see, there many news about glacier melting, well this come from the temperature getting higher every year. This happen because some party didn’t care about what happen to the environment, they do open burning, cutting immature tree, throwing a toxic to the river or sea . There few way to prevent this to happen. Well we can Reuse bags and containers. Brown paper bags are great for wrapping packages. Wash out plastic containers and glass jars you buy food in and use them as Tupperware. Use old newspapers as wrapping paper and jazz it up with pretty ribbon or a bow. Organize an in-home recycling centre and teach your family how to use it. Have separate bins for glass, plastics, and newspaper/cardboard. Make a deal with your family that if they put their recyclables in the bins, you’ll take them to the curb. Choose paper over plastic for your party. Having people over and want to use disposable plates and cups? Skip the plastic and get paper ones. These break down easier in the environment and don’t deplete the ozone layer as much (although it’s better to nix the disposables and use washables). This can help us from keep burning(everybody know that plastic cannot melt easily and yet it release some carbon that can make our ozone layer become thin and this will make our planet temperature getting higher). Cutting tree can be prevent by using some party from government like give a penalty to them that cutting the tree. We can cut a tree but only a mature tree try not to cut the immature tree(and also try not to disturb the river so that the river wont polluted). As for the farmer, try not to use chemical fertilizer because after water the plant, the chemical will combine with the water and then go straight to the river and end up polluted the water and the living thing that live on the river will die. Try to use a fertilizer that use animal ordure
